Come enjoy a fun evening where you can try out printmaking! This event is an informal activity where you will the process of linocut. We will be using erasers to create small stamps that you can print over and over!
All materials and tools will be provided for the class.

Candles 'N Cocktails Thursday, March 27th, 2025, 6:00-8:00 PM

Location: Saratoga Arms, 497 Broadway, Saratoga Springs, NY
This is a DIY workshop on how to make your own soy wax candles by measuring out your choice of fragrance, hand pouring all natural soy wax and designing your own label.
You will also create beeswax taper candles and a decorated votive candle holder with candles. Use them as gifts or keep them for yourself.
All supplies for this class will be provided.

In accordance with our bylaws, we will hold our Annual Member Meeting on March 27, 2025 at 5:30 pm at the Adirondack Trust Conference Room. Please join us to vote on the proposed Board of Directors (as listed below), meet our wonderful staff, and learn about some exciting developments on the horizon.
This meeting will also be live streamed via ZOOM for those members who are unable to attend in person and will be available for review on our website the following day.

Come enjoy a fun evening where you can try out printmaking! This event is an informal activity where you will the art of trace monotype. A monotype is a unique print, where you only create one rather than multiple. Trace monotype allows you to create transfer drawings with ink.

Soap 'n Sip

Location: Saratoga Arms, 497 Broadway, Saratoga Springs
This is an inclusive experience that is both empowering and educational with a perfect amount of fun, teaching you to how to create your own skin care products. In this workshop you will learn how to make soap with colors, scents and additions that you enjoy. You will leave class with 4 to 6 custom bars of soap.
All supplies for this class will be provided.

Pint 'N Print Blind Embossing
Wednesday, May 7th, 2025 6:00-8:00 PM with Christian Wechgelaer
Come enjoy a fun evening where you can try out printmaking! Learn the basics of blind embossing/debossing! What is embossing/debossing? It is a technique that uses pressure to press textures and designs into paper. No ink is required to create an image! Saratoga Arts will be supplying beverages, supported by Walt Whitman, as well as non-alcoholic beverages.

Art in the Park 2025 Saturday, May 24th, 2025 (rain date Saturday, May 31st, 2025) Artists working in all art genres are encouraged to apply, regardless of membership status at Saratoga Arts. All applicants are required to submit 5 images of their merchandise in this application. Artists will be notified of their booth placement by May 2nd, 2025. Booths are 12 x 12 ft.
