Artist Statement

Sharing beauty makes us happy. Every piece of art or craft has its own unique untold story.

Some symbolic, some nostalgic.

I made a guitar out of pebbles and flowers on my porch. Every night it sings a new song to me.

I weaved dandelion crowns as I did when I was a girl. Spring would not start without me wearing it.

I saved the flower, torn by wind, in a vase. The flower asked me to remember its beauty.

Imaginary winter flowers are cozy in yarn and fabric.

One day it all alive, another day it all memories.
