Artist Statement

As an artist, I am instinctively drawn to certain colors and textures, which often form the foundation of each of my pieces. I use mixed media for its versatile capacity to express a range of feelings and ideas. This approach allows for the unpredictable to surface, as I begin each piece with nothing more than texture, color, and an intention to evoke a resonant feeling in others. Central to my work are the elements of nature—trees, earth, water, and air—which serve as binding forces that connect all living beings.

My inspiration springs from the natural world and the daily scenes that surround me. This coexistence with nature’s beauty fuels my creative process and informs he themes I explore in my art. While the shape and form of my work may be spontaneous, its roots are deeply embedded in the natural elements that I encounter and admire.

In sum, my work is a meditative exploration of nature’s raw beauty and emotional depth. Through the use of mixed media, I invite viewers to look beyond the surface and connect with the underlying feelings and connections that unite us all.
