Saratoga Arts’ is excited to bring back the 10 x 10 Exhibition in 2024! This exhibition is open to artists of all ages and levels. Our 10 x 10 Exhibition celebrates our community here at Saratoga Arts! Please carefully review the attached PDF of the guidelines for the 10 x 10 exhibition.

Guidelines

Labels to attach to your artwork for drop off here.

Drop off will be Thursday, July 25th(9 AM-5 PM), Friday, July 26th (9 AM-5 PM), and Saturday, July 27th (9 AM-3 PM).

Pick up dates are Saturday, August 31st (10 AM-2 PM), Monday, September 2nd (9 AM-5 PM), and Tuesday, September 3rd (9 AM-5 PM).

Artwork Submission Guidelines:

1.  All mediums and genres are welcome and encouraged to submit

2. Artists can submit up to 3 artworks measuring exactly 10 x 10 inches for 2D artwork (including the frame). All 3D artworks must be able to fit within a 10 x 10 x 10-inch cube. Due to space limitations, there are no exceptions. Artwork will be measured at artwork delivery.

3. No works previously exhibited in the main gallery are allowed.

4. All artworks must be original. Reproductions are not accepted.

5. Printmaking and photography are permitted but must be in an edition of 25 or less.

6. Due to the large number of artworks in the exhibition, Saratoga Arts cannot hang work together. All artwork is hung randomly. Artists are not able to request a location for artwork to hang. Artwork cannot be moved once it has been hung.

7. All artwork must be framed or ready to hang. Hanging wire on the back of the frame is preferred. Saratoga Arts provides basic hanging hardware(nails and screws). If your piece requires special hardware, it must be provided by the artist and brought to drop off.

Registration:

1. Artists are asked to register on Saratoga Arts’ website prior to drop off.

2. Artists will need to provide the following information on the registration form: Name, Phone Number, Email, Address, Artwork Title, Year, Medium, Price

3.Bring two identical artwork labels per artwork. Handprinted or typed. Attach one label to the back and submit one to Saratoga Arts.

4.There is a non-refundable entry fee of $10 which can be paid with card online when registering, or you may bring cash or check to drop off. Please make checks payable to Saratoga Arts.

5. Saratoga Arts is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of artwork on display. Artists must sign a waiver in recognition of this policy.

Pricing Your Work

All artworks must be for sale. All sales are processed through Saratoga Arts, who retains a 40% commission.

Artists are encourage to price their work at a retail value of $100
