Freddie Bennetti is a lovable, good-natured mob boss who must have a heart transplant. Freddie has surgery and is met in his room by wife Gloria, his children, and his crew. Once the the breathing tube is removed, Freddie attempts to speak, but his responses sound strange to everyone in the room. The hijinx begins as this causes big problems for Freddie with a rival family.
